  I am surprised that you think almost everybody is locked onto BIRA,  
when, in fact, BIRA is essentially dead as far as this list goes,  
since there are no
active programs for URS4/6 upgrades to provide any upgrade paths.   
Tony's reference to the web site happens because it has some  
information in an
convenient place.  Since he is talking about RS2 adapters, that  
pretty much eliminates BIRA unless you wanted their $800 custom hat  
version.  The list
support providing sources for the RS2 bracket, A8/S8 rotor, and big  
red caliper upgrade at reasonable cost pretty much doomed the BIRA  
versions.
This upgrade has resulted in big reds appearing commonplace on the  
URS4/6.

This thread was about bolt on applications for the URS4/6, not a CNC  
your own brackets for a one-off solution for an outdated vehicle.
