Hi Chris,
I know this procedure- have done this a few times before but not on this new
caliper which was installed 4 months ago. Will give it a go.

Tony,
Just an FYI, it's a known problem for the "cam" in the caliper that actuates
the parking brakes to stick; even on "new" which are actually rebuilt
calipers.
If I can find the link to a write up I'll post it.
Basicly you unhook the cable at the caliper, remove a couple bolts and slip
the cam out where you can clean it with emory cloth and rease it so it turns
easily.
