If you actually want bullion in your hot little hands, some folks buy
Canadian Maple Leaf coins. One ounce 99.99% pure gold coin with a face value
of $50. Actual sales price is the going price of gold plus. I don't know
what the availability is; for some reason they are in high demand these
days.

Call me crazy, as many have, but I am interested in buying some gold for
bunker type diversification.
Genius as I am (not) I am wondering if the list almighty might be able to
direct me as to the best way to do this?
As I understand it US gold coins are basically unobtainium, but are they
even the best method of doing this?
Any thoughts?
Maybe we should do a GP?
