[s-cars] emissions test failed

Are you able to download the NJ state procedures for emissions testing?  If 
so, you would have bullet-proof backup in hand in case they flub the test 
parameters again.  Also, beat the living snot out of the car before you get 
it to testing.  Leave it running.  The hotter, the better.  Tell them you 
replaced the pvc valve or sumthin' stoopid...
