[s-cars] emissions test failed

It was probably 2003 when O2 sensor was changed. Methinks new o2, new
plugs and boots (on the shelf) and having it real hot and 'italian
tuned' will do it. Thanks everyone for all the advice, It helped me to
'cool my jets'. I also think that the cooler (more dense) air these
coming weeks are better than a dank 60 degree day. We'll see.
Oh , and a bit of the CRC stuff too.
