[s-cars] official front toe spec

Anyone know it?  I've verified my toe being dead ahead by two completely 
different methods (neither of which is an alignment rack).  And.  The 
inner edge of my summer tires is officially destroyinated.

I've reset it slightly toe in until I figure out what's up, but I'm 
running out of tires.
