The part number is 054 903 133A, if you punch that in genuineaudiparts.com,
its comes up at $185, retail $268. I recall buying one at Blau about 4 years
ago for around the $200 mark.

If the bearing is bad, there is a write-up somewhere that shows how to use
the old tensioner and install a new bearing.
