[s-cars] no power to fuel pump or starter

Robert:  It is not unheard of to have the ignition switch stick on, to the point that the starter is left 
engaged AFTER the engine has started.  This will kill the starter in short order.

Since the ECU will not fire the J17 fuel pump relay until it has a signal from the cam positin sensor
during cranking, the fact that your fuel pump is not working is not surprising given the starter isn't
working.  

You will need to remove and test the starter.  My guess is you will find that it is dead.

And not pining for the Fjords either.
