[s-cars] LS2 Coil System Update

Wylie: I have a set of 7A wires. Two problems: lengths are probably not optimal, some too long, some
to short (I want to mount the coils on the strut bar but on the intake side of the engine); AND they sit
too high to allow the use of the "20v turbo" coil pack cover. The 3B wires sit down lower, allowing the
use of the cover.
