Yeah, but pulling the head isn't that big of a deal, and a freshen up
wouldn't cost that much. In fact, he probably (deep inside) knows that the
head should have been done, and that's a good starting point when discussing
how much cash should exchange hands.

I just took a quick gander at the threads about this car, and I think you
could lowball this one BIG-TIME, knowing that you'd want to do some work on
it for peace of mind. He either takes your offer or you find another car.

As far as the FMIC, paint it as suggested by Forgie. I doubt it would make
much of a difference.

I like the idea of an All-Black NZ rugger look. Heavy.
