[s-cars] NAC: Watkins Glen - Vintage Festival

Sounds like that was the place to be- damn. I'll make plans next year to go
to the WGI vintage festival rather than LRP.

Anyway, I hear that the LRP one might not be around much longer- rumors
about moving to NJMP or simply going away abound.
