[s-cars] disabling the servotronic on C5 biturbo

[Andrew Beckert]

Relay 605 (I think that's the number) is under the driver's side kick
panel.  Panel has will require an deep socket, 8mm I think about 4
bolts. Stealer last quoted me interval of 75k for tbelt.
