That's the Siedl unit, full front, side and rear pieces... some say it's
very thin.

The alternative is the LLTEK unit, which offers an Aero splitter too:

Advantage is it's better built (thick flexible fiberglass), disadvantage
is it's not a full replacement bumber (you need to cut your existing
bumper to make it fit), advantage (for them) is it fits both UrS4 & UrS6
North American cars. LLTEK offers the front and side pieces, no back
(never enough interest).

Here's a picture from Waterfest circa 1993 of a RS4ish front bumper, I
think it might be a Reiger piece.
