I wouldn't say you'd be likely to be stranded, but if I were you I'd start 
looking for fuel arround 1/8th of a tank and be prepared to sit in a line 
half an hour or better. I had to drive into Charlotte today (the shop is ~25 
miles west of the city proper) and it was pretty bad. There was accidents 
everywhere because of the 100 yard + lines into the roads. Out of maybe 20 
stations I saw 3 had fuel, and on the return trip only 1 of those had any 
left, and 1 other that was previously closed must have recieved some.
