Well heres my input on that... if it says there's fuel anywhere within 50 
miles of Charlotte it isn't accurate ;-). Stations are getting fuel, but 
they don't last 12 hours before they are out. Deliveries are staggered 
though, so there's always SOME station with fuel but no single station has 
fuel for more then 12 hours at a time with what I'd guess to be a 36 hour 
down-time.
