[s-cars] Wheels: 17 vs 18

I never had an issue with 255/40R17 on a 17x8 ET35 or ET30 wheel on my
old car, but only with one tire (Sumitomo HTR-ZII). I don't know if
there are any clearance issues with other tires- some that run wide
might have an issue.
