I asked on the D2 list and the only response I got was to get a
passenger side mirror from a RHD model.  I did look on fleabay and
found somebody in Europe (Portugal?) selling replacement glass but it
got too confusing trying to figure out the right ones to order.

As far as I know, both my mirrors are the same size and the right side
has the reverse tilt; I'm not sure about the auto dimming but it's not
all that convenient to just pop out and look since I broke my leg Sat.
skiing. I'll check when necessary,  just no extraneous running around
on my crutches.
