[s-cars] Can this wheel be repaired?

RimPro would not repair a wheel that has been cracked.

Maybe it's the legal liability they don't want to take on, but if 
I were the owner of that wheel, I'd find the pothole that did it 
and ask the town for reimbursement for the $600 wheel, the $200 
alignment, and the replacement of the two front wheels at $500.
