[s-cars] Can this wheel be repaired?

I contacted a shop in DC about repairing a cracked wheel.  I was told 
that this shop did not do cracked wheels but the gave me the number 
of the company which sublets their cracked wheel repairs for them.  I 
can provide that info if desired.  Just let me know.
