[s-cars] Urs MRC stg 2...What wg spring?

When I had the custom tune done, all Mihnea did was crank the stock WG
spring down, but I can't recall the number of turns (and I'm at work now). I
had to back down 2 turns because my local fuel source was causing causing a
bit of knock at throttle tip in.
