Jim,
I had this same problem on my S4 a couple months ago, except it was
my right rear and it blew out on the highway..wasn't fun.
Upon inspection I determined that all 4 should be replaced, didn't
want to repeat having to swerve into the median again!
Sorry but I don't have any part numbers.
You will most likely find some RUST on the fittings, I highly
recommend you buy some kroil and spray down the bleeder screws and the
ends of the brake lines and let it soak, I did and everything came apart fine.
