[s-cars] front shock removal tool

Who's devised the best one?  Preferably that can be done without 
removing the strut.  Just had the alignment done and would prefer to not 
need another.  Car's on loan to a friend right now, but as soon as I get 
it back I'll start hitting it every night with penetrant until I have 
time to do the replacement.  I'm talking about the securing collar on 
top of the shock body, in case that was unclear.
