[s-cars] Weeping X-Plug Again...

You have to be VERY careful not to tear the o-ring on the plug when
you put it back in the pump housing. It took me three tries (read two
ripped o-rings) before I figured out how. Eventually I figured out
using the oil-on-the-gasket trick from changing oil filters is the way
to go. I ended up liberally (I do live in the blue state of
Massachusetts, after all) lubricating the o-ring before putting it on
the plug, then repeating the lube job on the plug with the o-ring
installed before installing it in the pump housing. This is the first
step. The second step is to properly torque the pesky plug in the pump
housing. HTH.
