[s-cars] Front Hub Bolt questions

I remember the bolt head being 27 mm, because you can also use an SAE 1 1/16 inch socket which is ~ 0.0005" smaller than 27mm. This difference is less than the normal bolt and socket tolerances. An SAE impact socket is also typically easier to find.
