[s-cars] How close is too close

 I only have about 1/8 inch between the steering arm and the large 255/40/17 tires.? There's never been any indication of rubbing.

Sounds ok.  If your wheel/suspension are deflecting 10mm, you have bigger
problems than tire rub.

Might be an issue with tire clearance in the snow, but I don't think it'll
hurt anything.
