[s-cars] Reducing ETKA 7.2 online annoyance messages

I've got it installed on Vista 32 ultimate. I followed the  
instructions, including applying the patch. The stuff I posted  
eliminated all but one annoyance message. Dunno why it didn't for you,  
sorry.
