[s-cars] Wacky side mirror behavior, was Re: test

Turn off the seat memory and see if it still dips doodles.
My used to do that, the fix was to replace the motors. The sensors, or  
motors them selfs get outta sorts and that is what is screwing it up.
If turning off the seat memory doesn't fix it... then disregard the  
above.
