Sean,

I recommend visiting a reputable tire shop, sounds to me like one of the tire's 
belts has moved. Because the belt is internal you can't see it, and if I recall
correctly such a condition can also cause the tire to overheat and blow out.

Obviously check with a reputable tire dealer, but you may have to replace the tires.
