[s-cars] O-ring size for S6 Steering rack

I used Permatex gasket adhesive to stick the lower sealing washer to the bottom of the banjo.  Space is tight back there, but it turned out to be surprisingly easy despite the warnings on the list.  It worked the first time, and access was pretty easy using a shorty ratchet wrench with a flex head.
