[s-cars] Squealing Blower Motor

There were some procedures around about cutting the duct work to  
access the
blower without removing the air box since you can't access all the  
screws
without lifting the airbox from the sealed opening a little at least,  
and this risks
separating the duct work inside which would lead to the same amount of  
work as
just removing it in the first place.  Consider any flap motor work you  
may need since
you would like to do this only once in a lifetime.

Now would be a good time to replace the filter.  The wipers are off  
already, so there
is just a little more trim there to allow access.  Once a year at a  
minimum, but you will see
from the filter condition that twice a year would be optimum.

The cabin filter holder started with the '95 S6 and A6 although none  
of the NA models had
the filter installed when delivered or included in the periodic  
maintenance schedule.
