Mike,

Thanks, I didn,t see the T in the pic the first time I saw it.

I am unfamiliar with vacuum lines, and one of mine in this assembly  
has cracked for whatever reason and I don't think my repair with zip  
ties is a very good one, so I am trying to find a better way and it  
looks like you may have found it.

Where did you source the plastic T, Is it a "special" one due to what  
I think is/are vacuum lines, correct?
The plastic vacuum line is a very small diameter, how did you connect  
the hard plastic vacuum lines that live under the rubber sheathing to  
the T?
