Since we're shooting in the dark, I'll pass on that I had a stumble under 
boost that was caused by a vacuum hose leak.  I had 2 problems, the check 
valve under the rear seat on the driver side, and a broken nipple on the 
vacuum tank in the trunk, also on the driver side, under the trim near the 
radio antenna.  I assume the ECU was getting a bogus boost pressure sample 
because of this.  I imagine there are a lot of other places where there can 
be a vacuum/boost leak, too.
