[s-cars] cam sensor hacking

Suspect I just lost my cam sensor.  Not overheated, but physically 
broken...long story.  Which pins does one jumper to get a 50% chance of 
starting the engine?

Or did my fuel pump croak?  I think I'd actually prefer that.
