[s-cars] Front Suspension Upgrades

My old 93 S4 is hitting close to 200K, and is needing new front struts.  I
have been running stock and one front Sachs/Boge Turbo Gas strut is
sticking.  Handling is terrible, she is really tramlining now, and I get a
horrible clunk from the suspension when I make a hard turn in reverse.  It
feels like not everything is tight, but I can't find any problems, other
than the sticking strut, and maybe too much toe-in (1/2")

Should I replace with same again ($76), or I see germanautoparts has the
Bilstein HD ($127).  I've never installed 2b camber plates and don't know if
it would be worth it at this juncture?  Where is the best place to buy them?

Would like to get the handling back to optimum again without breaking the
bank.
