[s-cars] Go pedal foot getting wet when driving on slight incline

Ok guys, here's a puzzler.

My right foot/shoe occasionally gets wet when driving up an incline.

My immediate thoughts were: leaking heater core....
well, it looks and smells like water, not the coolant (Pentosin Blue)

2nd thought, blocked drains under the plenum (in the engine compartment) - verified that they were clear and used compressed air to make sure....

Happened again this past week....and its getting cold here in New England, I don't need a cold wet right foot to add to the joy.

Ideas?
