[s-cars] cut-off under WOT

[LL - NY]

I'm just curious as to whether or not the last fuel station you stopped at
had cut the octane of your fuel. This sounds a bit like what my car did
(just a bit stronger) when I was tuned a bit to far on the edge. Mihnea had
me back off on the WG spring 2 full turns, and all was well. Might be an
experiment worth trying.
