[s-cars] Blower fan madness

On Type 44's, it was possible to pull a cooling hose from the blower cage to
the fan motor brush area and gain access to one of the brushes. A good
cleaning spray and a tap on the visible brush carrier with the end of pencil
eraser (to gain better contact) gained a few months of operation.
Eventually, the blower motor will HAVE to be be replaced (it's not just a
brush issue, the commutator wears too) but it may make it possible to wait
until the warmer months to do the repair. I haven't run into this issue yet
with the UrS, so I don't know if it's the same on them since I've had little
reason to investigate, but something tells me that it just may work the
same.
