[s-cars] Loacation of CPS ?

I am totally confused now. Code 2113 is gone from ECU. Just when I felt lucky and before finishing for today I decided to check codes again and there are only 2111 and 2112. I had impression that ECU can not clear codes by itself. Another strange thing: code 2111 always blinks twice - as first one and second time as the last code? Is it normal?

Thank you.

Dave, thank you. I have a few more questions. This is "no start condition". RPM/Crank position sensors are fine (checked resistance and observed signals with o-scope), fuel pump relatively new and is humming. I don't have fittings for this car to test fuel pressure, unfortunately. Stored codes are 2111,2112 (these are for rpm/crank position sensors) and 2113 (cam position sensor).

1. How accurate usually is code for cam position sensor (2113) ?
2. I observed the signal from CPS on o-scope. Voltage is per spec but I can not swear that pulses make a pattern. I am not sure if that because started rotate engine with no constant speed. What is the usual symptom of the CPS failure? No signal at all or intermittent signals? Engine is catching a spark for a fraction of second and stalls.

Thank you.
Konstantine.
