I've always been OK with the 'normal' premium Bosch blades, but I suspect
there's not much diff with a premium Anco or otherwise at this point... I'm
starting to think even if the branded ones are better, you can afford to
replace the cheapos much more often so maybe it's better to buy frequent
cheapos than quality blades less frequently. Less earth friendly to keep
tossing stuff out of course...

Most blades now come with plastic adapters that have infuriatingly confusing
over-ingenious construction so that they are supposed to work with all
systems - aka flat tab, round pin, 'shepherds hook', etc. Have you tried
the look-up book in the autoparts joint?

Last note on blades - interesting to note that the industry has mainly
successfully gotten us as consumers to forget about blade REFILLS. Used to
be you just bought the rubber because the metal frame was still fine.
They've snuck that out of sight for the most part and when you do the lookup
in the store it points you first to entire blades... Aaah when I was a kid
we used to walk 50 miles to school. And we lived in a lake.
