Konstantine:  Did you pull the blink codes?  Cam sensor = 2113. Method is explained here:

The fuel pump is not fired by the J17 fuel pump relay unless the ECU sees the cam sensor signal:

If you are hearing the fuel pump, it implies the cam sensor is fine (but pull the blink codes anyway).

To be sure the fuel pump is working, you might want to test it, as indicated here:

However, before you do any of those, have you checked that you have spark?  A shorted coil
(damaged insulation, shorted to the cam cover) will take out the coil fuse down by the ECU. A
