[s-cars] all down, no up Part II

It will be easier to just install a whole new carrier, glass and all,  
but if yours is tinted or otherwise 'special' you can swap it in-  
swapping the glass isn't trivial but it's way easier than any of the  
other service options (new cable, new motor are both brutal)
