Doug-
It sounds like you have a software issue- I don't see how else you'd be
running rich. Did you check emissions with a sniffer to see if your cats are
still working? I wouldn't replace them for no reason.
Also, if you have a Stromung system, how do you have dual cats? Is that a
custom downpipe and cats?
If I'm just misreading this, I would contact Stromung to get a replacement
cat- they got me replacement parts very quickly when I needed them.
Have you looked at your software maps using a wideband O2 sensor on a dyno?
That would be the best way to see what the car is doing under load, maybe
you can have someone tweak your tables.
