[s-cars] 1995.5 S6 Running Real Rich, Flooding Under Boost

Hi. This problem's been solved, more or less.

Carefully checked all boost hoses (Samco's and new 034 MAF to turbo), replaced crossever pipe with a steel one from an S4. Replaced FPR, and N75....both original on the car. Cleaned MAF sensor and contacts. Swapped out the 02 sensor to be sure that the one replaced 7K miles ago was good. New plugs to be sure.

Intereresting that not a single code thrown through this.

Also early on swapped in another 034 kit.....just to be sure that mine was OK. Also as overkill hooked up the old coils and POS's.

So now, the issue is that I'm running very lean when under heavy boost. At WOT, it's still lean. You'll see that I'm starting another thread looking for fuel pump suggestions. The FP is clearly not pulling enough fuel. We found a kinked line that may have been an issue, as well.

So this issue of running too rich is behind us, fingers crossed. Thanks for the advice and suggestions.

Scott

Have you checked for a torn diaphragm in the fuel pressure regulator?
Usually that would be worse at idle/high vacuum conditions, but who
knows?
