Does anyone know if the 314x30 and 323x30 are the same offset?

I'm running BIRA.ORG system 3 under my stock 16 inch wheels (RS2ed
urS6). Clearance is tight but they don't interfere with
anything. From the BIRA site: Uses the Porsche 996 Carrera 4-piston
monobloc caliper over the European A8 314x30mm rotor.
