[s-cars] Re how do I get codes?

Sure you do, Wylie. It's $136.62 at Miramar Audi, which is a lot better
than the $396 I paid in 2001.
Your point on the sensor price is something all should take note of, and
have one or two on hand for just such an occasion. Even if you buy a
new part, put a new sensor on the old part. These GBs must have put a
big dent in OEM parts sales and resulted in some of the price decrease.
The same is seen in POS and coil prices with the 1.8t coil conversions.
It may be the result of a temporary overstock rather than a permanent
price, so it pays to keep current on prices.
