[s-cars] No spark to #5cyl- help wanted

Family,

I am trying to nail-down an issue right now; no spark on #5 cyl. I  
work with a great wrench here, and he I and his other wrench spent 5  
hours the other day trying to figure it out and still nothing. Have  
changed:
- plug
- POS
- coil
- checked all plugs
- coil to POS signal
- POS to firewall (yellow wire) signal
- switched channels on original POS
- cleaned original plug

Plugs, Coils, POS are all OEM, with the POS being original. This was  
swapped out with a new POS to be sure. Still nada. very frustrating.  
the last thing is to test between POS and ECU; they are finding which  
pins to isolate on the ECU now to test this, or maybe try swapping in  
a different ECU to try?

In short; the coil pack, POS and wire leading to the POS checked out  
OK. Any thoughts?
