Dave,
It's a coil shorted to ground.  One way to find out which coil needs  
replacin' is to get a handful (5/6) of fuses and put a new one in,  
disconnect one coil at a time, try to start.  When the fuse does NOT  
blow, that disconnected coil is the culprit.
