[s-cars] Radio Code for Concert I - really necessary, or overrated?

Sorry, don't have any actual knowledge, but my RNS-E/Phatbox combo
in my '01 A4 does this pretty regularly. The unit runs hot and
I've assumed that it's a thermal shutoff, but I could be wrong.

The similar setup in my '99 A6 does not exhibit this behavior.

Weird.
