Actually a couple of years ago I took all the clips off and painted the
lines with POR 15 to mitigate that but I'll take a look.

Underneath, where the fuel lines are secured to the chassis, they pass
through a clip with a rubber bushing. Salt gets under the rubber and rusts
the gas line. At first you get a pinhole with a slight leak and a faint
smell. It won't make a puddle, but you'll smell it.
