Absolutely, and Brian from AvalonMotorsports just posted about a limited run of Non-S bracket with the bolts for $175.

034 also has the appropriate brackets.  A little cheaper, but then the bolts are not included and unless you can source 10.9 or 12.9 grade bolts, they can be pricey:
